这不仅是国王的威士忌,更是威士忌的国王?暂时忘记酒厂与品牌吧,大道归一,最好的威士忌的味道也许就应该是这个样子。之前有幸在苏格兰尝到过这一款的桶样,从此一直念念不忘,一年多以后终于再次喝到完成版的作品,感动无比,如果要用一个词来形容这瓶酒,那便是Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious。这一桶酒的一部分,之前作为皇家布莱克拉酒厂200周年的纪念酒款被装走了100瓶,已经是传奇一般的存在,而8年之后,最后剩下的这90瓶,则把自己变成了神话。?闻香:似曾相识的那一股沁人心扉的留兰香薄荷,难道是山崎?难道是轻井泽?切开的黑色水果拼盘,大量的果脯,顶级雪莉桶的既视感,醒开后更多焦糖的甜气,新制酸枝木木雕气息环绕、檀香的美好。入口:饱满,前段是宜人的蜜饯微酸与微甜,然后大量的黑色莓果味开始爆发,配以淡奶油,太妃糖,黄油坚果,后段淡淡的熏烤感与可可香味,结构完整,层次丰富。尾韵:柔和而绵长,非常强烈的生津感觉。?Royal Brackla 1976-2019 43yrs #200single cask 46.9%?Let’s just forget the brand part for a while, this is not just the “king’s whisky”, it just tastes like the king of the whisky. Having the privilege to taste this cask sample in Scotland before, and it’s been always on my brain. After about one year, finally the finished bottle is in front of me. If you want to use just one word to describe this one, it must be: Supercalifagelistilistiiidocious. Part of this cask had been selected and bottled previously into 100 bottles as part of the celebration of the 200th anniversary for the Royal Brackla, which has been a legend. And eight years later, the last remaining 90 bottles have turned themselves into a myth.?Nose: Heart-stopping, the beautiful spearmint. Is it Yamazaki? Or is it Karuizawa? Very interesting that a highland whisky can give you the image of top Japanese whiskies. Sliced black fruit on the platter, lots of dry fruit, the top sherried cask. Take a while with it, there would be more caramel type of sweetness, surrounded by the newly crafted rosewood carvings, or it should also be the beauty of sandalwood.Mouth: Bold, start with dried & preserved fruit, sweet with a hint of sour. Then a burst of black arrives, with some cream, toffees, buttered & toasted nuts, and finally the light smokiness with cocoa flavor. All well-structured, even with lots of complex layers.Finish: Tender and long lasting, makes your mouth water.
