倒入杯中,酒体是淡金色;闻香非常强劲,远远地就能感受到雅柏最为典型的重烟熏重泥煤的感觉,其中又混合着浓郁而又飘逸的热带水果香,清香扑鼻。入口有惊喜,清甜多汁的口感,毫无压力,然后开始慢慢收紧,一丝盐津的咸香,迅速又滑向木质、辛香料方向,较明显的熏味,黑巧克力即视感,一款46%的酒在口中如此变化多端可以相当难得,一口入喉颇有些遍尝人间百味的感觉。整个尾韵感觉非常干净,2000年以后的酒桶质量明显上了一个台阶,回味绵长、回甘、生津,忍不住又给自己倒上了一杯。杯底部分,海洋气息明显,再次讨好着所有的雅柏粉丝。?酒瓶上那一行,smoky pineapple, chilli chocolate, aromatic wood smoke可以说是对于这款酒风味的的高度总结。若是慢慢自斟自饮,这款酒我可能可以喝一整瓶。?特地和21/22/23这三款较为“接近”的酒款做了一下平行。19年这一款可以说是活力十足,相较之下,22年虽然在闻香上更显成熟风韵,但到了入口部分的复杂度与质感,“鸣沙”几乎可以说是完胜,算是真正步上正轨的雅柏,未来十分可期。?Ardbeg Traigh Bhan 19 Years Batch 01 (TB/01-15.03.00/19.MH)?Nose: Still very typical Ardbeg signature, bold, strong, smoky and peaty. It’s all still vividly there, but the tropical fruitiness is also catching up. Super refreshing, and “smoky pineapple” is also my best word to describe he notes.Taste: Start with something juicy and sweet, pear from Dangshan? Then sea salt appears, closely followed by woodiness & spiciness. Finally turning in to my favorite dark chocolate, but not dry at all. Finish: very clean and the sweetness lies there like forever, decently.?Overall, a good balance keeping the ultimate Ardbeg but adding a lot matureness, into its late teens.
